RM intake system includes

  • Corrugated & Round bins for holding individual ingredients. Single bin capacity up to 40m3.
  • It constitutes of individual variable pitch screw feeders / bin dischargers with weigh hopper scales for exact weighing of all constituents as per recipe.
  • As per the recipe, the feed ingredients are weighed in exact quantities, in least possible time.  
  • We also offer premixing of feed ingredients prior to grinding to ensure optimum grinding performance. 

Grinding

  • We offer 1500/3000 rpm grinders in various screen areas with low / medium hammer to screen clearances for efficient grinding.
  • Fully integrated aspiration bag filters with plenum chambers are used for efficient grinding, reduced temp. rise, cleaned screen holes. Air filtration helps us to keep entire feed plant clean & hygienic.

Mixing

  • Ribbon mixer is used for dry gentle mixing for CV < 5. Capacity 0.5 - 40 TPH. Batch 100-6000ltr.
  • Stainless steel mirror polished Molasses mixer continuous mixer for homogenous mixing of molasses (max 12%). Robust & sturdy paddles for lump free & homogenous mixing.
  • Premix, Oil & Liquid are added & mixed with raw material in double rotor paddle mixer for fast & homogenous mixing.

Premix

  • Full stainless steel mirror polished round storage bins, variable batch screw dis chargers & weighing units are used for micro weighing to the accuracy of + 0.1 %.

Oil / Fat dosing

  • Load cell based fully automatic oil dosing system ensures accurate & reliable dosing / spraying of oil / fat within stipulated time frame in the mixer for homogenous fat addition in the recipe.

Pelleting

  • We ensure maximizing the retention time in the Pre-Conditioner.
  • It enhances the carbohydrate digestibility.
  • We offer Pre-Conditioner with adjustable blades and good fill level.
  • Robustly engineered steel housing in welded construction for Vibration less operation.
  • Rotor assembly comprising main drive pulley and die holder. 
  • Stainless steel door and spout for long life.
  • The die speed can be adapted to suit the particular properties of the material to be pelletized.
  • Large die area to motor load.

Cooling

  • Counter flow enables the pellet to be cooled gradually thus minimizing the risk of “cooling shock”.
  • The steady discharge system ensures minimize of fine occurrence.
  • Compact design – less floor space. Full stainless steel design.

Screening

  • As the product travels and encounters the screening surface, the vibrating screen throws the product across the screen and separates the size required.
  • Screening system provides fast, efficient method of size separation with proper sieving time to eliminate powder from feed.

Auto Bagging

  • Feed in 25-100kgs. bags are auto weighed and stitched for dispatches.
