R K Bio Feed Machine's pellet mills are used world wide in Animal feed (Cattle, Poultry, Ruminant & aqua), Biomass / Wood, Rice bran, Alfa-alfa, Chilli, Spices & Chemical pelleting.
R K Bio Feed Machine’s counter flow coolers are designed to cool the hot pellets to ambient temperature for safe storage. We have wide range of models to match the pellet mill throughput. Our bigger models are equipped with motorized leveler for Uniform bed depth for effective cooling.
R K Bio Feed Machine's batch mixers are well designed for uniform mixing of ground raw material required for animal feed, aqua feed and other raw material required for biomass pelleting and chemical pelleting. Ribbon type and paddle type design can be selected as per the requirement.
We have dedicated spare division R K Feed Equipments which takes care of spares requirement of all customers and offers top level support. We design and build G-CHROME® & G-CARB® dies, press rolls and other spares to meet specific industry demand and have complete range of hole profiles & finish treatment to meet industry specific requirement.
